Upcoming Cafe Gratitude food preparation class featuring recipes from "I AM GRATEFUL" and how to create Live Cuisine with Indian flavor using basic raw food ingredients.

In this class you will learn some simple but Delicious recipes that will help you to stay on your path with joy. In this class you will learn about the uses and benefits of Indian spices and how to:
-make your own curry powder, masala and chai mixes
-Chai tea (masala chai) with hazelnut and hemp milk
-Sprouting and soaking basics
- How to make mung bean and fenugreek
sprouts and create a sprout salad
-Indian Salad with curry dressings
-Spicy pumpkin and curried cashew
- Indian Burrito (made from Indian chapatti like bread and stuffed cauliflower pate) w/ coriander chutney and malai (Macadamia Cream)
-I am Happy-Almond Hummus
-I am Present-cashew chedder cheese
-I Am Cheerful-sun burger or I am magnificent-chocolate mousse
