Dear Community,

Thank you for your outpouring of love and support over the last few weeks,as we navigate these lawsuits.
All my life I’ve known I would have a George Bailey moment and I think it has arrived. George is a community banker in the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” who spends his life building community without much care for making money.In the climax, an employee loses bank funds and a Christmas Eve audit sends George into despair with the threat of prison and humiliation. In the eleventh hour the community passes the laundry basket and George gets his biggest asset, is his community. I cry every time I see that scene.
Our movie looks like this. The plaintiffs’ attorney is incredulous that there is not a pile of money somewhere to extract. He is now trying to depose Be Love Farm, to prove it is not a separate entity from Café Gratitude. This claim is nonsense and desperate but will take even more resources to defend.  With the greatest of humility we are willing to accept your requests for contributing to our cause, we are present to and appreciative of the power of our community. You may be sure that Terces and I have always and will continue to persevere for the awakening of love; it doesn’t always look like we thought it would. Thank you for your offers. It really is a wonderful life.
